In The Community

We believe very strongly in supporting local groups and charities and each year the firm raises funds for local charities through giving talks to groups and organisations in return for a donation.

In the past five years we have raised funds for Devon Air Ambulance, donating over £3,500 to support their valuable work in our area. We continue to support them with advice and fundraising as well as sponsoring their Legacy Officer in her membership of the Institute of Legacy Management.

We are sponsoring Exeter Chiefs players Ian Whitten, Sean Lonsdale and Marcus Street for the 2019/20 season, and will also be sponsoring the Under 18 Girls’ side at Sidmouth Rugby Club.

We sponsored the Hospiscare Opera evening at Cadhay and have taken part in the Will Fortnight scheme raising over £2,000 for the charity.

We continue to support local groups through our Community Grant Scheme including the Tipton St John Playing Field Association after the sports pavilion was damaged by vandals.

We provide free monthly Legal Clinics for Age Concern Sidmouth and Age Concern Exmouth at their respective offices as well as pro bono advice and training for local groups including Exmouth Dementia Carers Group, Devon Carers, The Alzheimer's Society Devon, The Ottery Help Scheme, Later Life Forum Ottery St Mary and Mencap.
